This Privacy Policy explains how ExamAce, a platform of Muzn for Software Systems and Design ("Muzn", "ExamAce", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the ExamAce website (examace.net) and the ExamAce PMP® exam-preparation courses and tools (together, the "Service"). For the personal data we collect about our subscribers, ExamAce acts as the data controller.

1.Information We Collect

• Identity and contact data: your name and email address, provided when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.
• Account data: your login credentials and account settings.
• Payment data: when you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by the Teachable platform and its payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We receive confirmation and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full payment-card numbers.
• Learning and performance data: your answers, scores, flagged and missed questions, enabler-level diagnostic results, simulation results, and study progress, which we store in order to operate the diagnostic and review features.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics, collected automatically, including through cookies.
• Communications: the content of messages you send to our support email.

2.How We Use Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; generate your diagnostics, progress tracking, and simulation results; process subscriptions and payments; provide customer support; send service-related communications (such as account, billing, and order updates); maintain the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse; improve our content and Service; and comply with our legal obligations.

3.Legal Bases for Processing

Where data-protection law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you (to deliver the Service); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service); your consent (where required, for example for certain cookies or marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.

• Teachable — the learning platform, for course delivery, account management, and checkout;
• Stripe and PayPal — for payment processing;
• A cloud database provider — for secure storage of question-bank and learning/progress data;
• An email service provider — for our support email;
• A web hosting provider — for hosting the examace.net website;
• Analytics providers — to help us understand usage of our website and Service (where enabled).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5.International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than your country of residence. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
