Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExamAce website at examace.net and the ExamAce PMP® exam-preparation courses, question bank, diagnostics, review center, and exam-simulation tools delivered through the Teachable learning platform (together, the "Service"), operated by ExamAce, a platform of Muzn for Software Systems and Design ("Muzn", "ExamAce", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing or using any part of the Service, you ("you", "User", or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1.The Service

ExamAce provides interactive preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examination, including a question bank, enabler-level diagnostics, a review center, and exam simulations, built around the 2026 PMP Examination Content Outline (ECO) and the PMBOK® Guide. Our examination questions are prepared by project management experts who hold the PMP® certification. Course delivery, account management, and payment processing are provided through the Teachable platform and its payment processors. The examace.net website is an informational and marketing site that directs users to the Service.

2.No Guarantee of Results

The Service is a study and preparation aid only. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that using the Service will result in your passing the PMP examination or in achieving any particular score or outcome. Examination results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation and the policies, content, and eligibility requirements of the Project Management Institute, which may change at any time. The Service is not a substitute for official Project Management Institute materials, training, or the PMBOK Guide. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional, legal, financial, or project-management advice.

3.Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your account and subscription are personal to you, for a single user, and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lend, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to your account or the Service to any other person. Sharing credentials, using a single subscription for multiple people, or reselling access is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, in addition to any other remedy available to us.

4.Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

The Service is offered on a subscription basis through the plans described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance through the Teachable platform and its payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal), and automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account or platform settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Purchases are processed through Teachable's native payment gateway and are subject to its rules, under which a full refund may be requested within fourteen (14) days of the initial payment and is handled in accordance with that policy; thereafter no refund is provided for the remaining subscription period, though you may cancel at any time to prevent further renewals. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, including repeated requests, requests across multiple accounts, or requests in consecutive billing periods, and initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We may change prices; any change applies to renewals after notice. Stated prices may not include taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which are calculated and collected through Teachable where applicable.

5.Enterprise, Institutional, Charitable, and Government Pricing

Special pricing and terms for companies, training centers, educational institutions, government entities, and registered charitable or non-profit organizations that fund education are available only by separate written agreement. Such arrangements are subject to a custom quote and a separate organizational agreement, which governs the relationship and may include volume- or seat-based pricing, minimum seat commitments, and invoicing terms. Standard subscription prices, public promotions, and coupon codes do not apply to organizational or bulk purchases unless expressly agreed in writing. As part of our community commitment, registered charitable or non-profit organizations that fund education may qualify for special charitable pricing, at Muzn's sole discretion, subject to verification of their charitable status and to availability in eligible jurisdictions and where permitted by applicable law; such pricing may not be available in all locations and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. 6.Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Service — including examination questions, answer options, explanations, rationales, figures, diagrams, case studies, text, graphics, software, and the ExamAce name, logo, and visual design — is owned by, or licensed to, Muzn (operating as ExamAce), and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The question bank and the Service are also protected as compilations and as a whole, independently of the ownership of any individual item.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

You may not, and may not permit any third party to: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit any content; (b) sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit any content; (c) scrape, harvest, data-mine, or use any automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scripts) to access or extract content; (d) download, export, or compile the question bank or any substantial part of it; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Service or its tools; (f) create derivative works from any content; (g) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or (h) use any content to build, train, or improve any competing product, dataset, model, or service. Any breach of this Section terminates your license immediately and may result in termination without refund and legal action.

If you believe that any content available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@examace.net with sufficient detail to identify the content, and we will review the matter and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

7.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service: in violation of any applicable law; to gain unauthorized access to any system or account; to interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure; to circumvent any access, security, or usage-control measure; or in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

8.Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including, without limitation, the Teachable platform, Stripe, PayPal, and other processors). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of any third party, and any links to third-party sites are provided for convenience without endorsement.

9.Referral and Affiliate Program

We may operate a referral or affiliate program; affiliates are independent and bound by separate terms, and referral links may be used to attribute referrals.

10.Service Availability, Modifications, and Force Majeure

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature or content (including updating questions as the ECO or the PMBOK Guide changes) at any time, with or without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, failures of third-party providers (such as Teachable, Stripe, PayPal, or our infrastructure providers), force majeure, or other events outside our control.

11.Disclaimer of Warranties and Trademarks

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. While we make reasonable efforts to align our content with the 2026 ECO and the PMBOK Guide and to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. You use the Service at your own risk. PMI, PMP, PMBOK, and related marks are trademarks or registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.; ExamAce and Muzn are independent and are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute, and references to it or to the PMP examination, the ECO, or the PMBOK Guide are for identification and descriptive purposes only.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzn and ExamAce and their owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, data, or goodwill, or for any failure to pass any examination, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muzn and ExamAce and their owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

14.Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful to us or to other users. Upon termination, your license to use the content ends and you must cease all use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

16.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to you in your own jurisdiction.

17.General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
